I’m partnering with a leading international media agency on a newly created role supporting a globally recognised personal care brand across one of its key European markets (Spain, France or Italy).
You’ll be the strategic TikTok lead for your market, connecting content, creators, paid media, commerce and TikTok Shop into one cohesive ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with local and regional teams to shape how a major consumer brand shows up on one of the world’s most influential platforms, helping drive both brand growth and commercial performance.
The role sits at the centre of multiple stakeholders across marketing, media, content, retail and creator partnerships, giving you genuine influence over strategy, planning, testing and innovation. You’ll own the TikTok roadmap for your market, identify new opportunities, champion best practice and help scale what works across Europe.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is fluent in Spanish, French or Italian, alongside English
• Has deep expertise across TikTok content, creators, paid social and/or commerce
• Understands how to connect brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes
• Has experience working across complex stakeholder groups in agency, platform or client-side environments
• Lives and breathes social trends, culture and platform innovation
