We’re hiring aĀ Strategic ManagerĀ to join the internal planning team — a central hub of excellence shaping outcome-based media strategy across 20+ markets. This is more than a standard media planning role. Think of it as partĀ vendor account manager, partĀ internal consultant, partĀ strategic problem solver. You’ll be the sixth hire into a high-performing global team and will lead strategic direction across a portfolio of high-growth clients in verticals likeĀ tech, retail, automotive, and travel.

 

šŸ”‘ What You’ll Be Doing:

🌐 Strategic Partner (70%)

Act as the key internal and external lead for digital media strategy, interrogating briefs, stress-testing feasibility, and crafting robust proposals. You’ll challenge assumptions and offer solutions rooted in data, performance, and financial responsibility.

 

šŸ“ˆ Client Strategy (10%)

Collaborate with senior stakeholders globally to align media strategy to business outcomes, ensuring consistency and innovation at scale.

 

šŸŒ Market Coordination (10%)

Help shape best practices across 20+ global markets — working with internal teams, local agencies, and platform partners to drive smarter digital investment.

 

šŸš€ Product Development (10%)

Feed insights and real-world use cases into the Outcomes roadmap, contributing to future capabilities in areas likeĀ CTV, programmatic, and social.

  • Manage 2 Execs focused on smaller briefs and day-to-day delivery
  • Work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, client leads, and planner-level talent
  • Join a tight-knit team of 5 (you’ll be #6) that’s smart, supportive, and pushing boundaries globally

 

šŸ’”What You Bring:

  • Media agency or ad tech background, ideally with global client exposure
  • Strong digital chops — particularly inĀ programmatic (DSP/SSP),Ā online video, andĀ CTVĀ (social is a plus)
  • Comfortable with RFPs, RFIs, and translating client needs into scalable, measurable strategies
  • Confident communicator who can justify the ā€œwhat, why, and howā€ — including when to say no
  • Strategic mindset with solid operational know-how
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and client-facing presentation skills
