This role is perfect for someone with data and/or media planning and operations experience advising clients how to get the best from cutting edge media technology focussed on planning tools.

 

This role is an initial 12-month FTC role. To start immediately.

 

3 days per week required in the Central London offices.

 

Salary to £60,000 + benefits.

 

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Data Operations to play a key role in deploying and optimizing proprietary media technology solutions. These platforms power data-driven decision-making across global media operations, ensuring clients maximize efficiency and effectiveness in their media investments.

 

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the evolving landscape of media technology and platforms. You’ll be responsible for deploying our cutting-edge systems, supporting regional and local teams, and ensuring seamless data integration to drive performance.

 

This is a client-facing, problem-solving role—perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of media planning, data, and technology.

 

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Client Advisory & Technology Enablement

Act as the go-to expert on the agency’s proprietary technology, advising clients and internal teams on best practices.

Help clients translate complex data into actionable insights, ensuring they can optimize media performance.

Work closely with key stakeholders, including senior client teams and media auditors, to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the platforms.

 

🔹 Media & Data Operations

Oversee the deployment and ongoing support of global planning and accountability platforms for multinational and large-market clients.

Ensure data accuracy and seamless integration between platforms and client dashboards.

Standardize and optimize reporting, ensuring clients and internal teams can easily extract insights from media data.

 

🔹 Process & System Optimization

Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and user experience of our proprietary media technology.

Troubleshoot system issues and work cross-functionally with development teams to implement solutions.

Analyze new client and auditor requirements and translate them into actionable system enhancements.

 

What You’ll Bring

✔️ 3+ years of experience in media operations and/or planning, with a strong grasp of data-driven media strategies.

✔️ A solid understanding of media agency processes, media terminology, and global media trends.

✔️ Experience working with data and analytics tools, including proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).

✔️ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into simple, actionable insights for clients.

✔️ A proactive, solutions-focused mindset—able to work independently and drive projects forward.

✔️ Excellent relationship-building skills, comfortable working with both technical teams and senior clients.

✔️ A technical mindset—experience with databases, BI tools, or data visualization platforms is a plus.
