Performance Planning Director role across a luxury automotive client at this creative London media agency.


As a Planning Director, you’ll lead performance-led strategic planning for a luxury automotive account, working closely with the Planning Partner & Client Partner, managing a high-performing team.


You’ll execute innovative solutions across campaigns and foster strong client relationships.


Salary to £60,000 + benefits. Hybrid working with 3 days in the Central London offices.


The Opportunity:

  • Perfect for an experience comms planning leader ready to strategically advance the automotive category including new ways of buying cars (i.e. ecommerce)
  • You will be working with a high-performing, award-winning team, and will have the opportunity to work across multiple work streams to help deliver a broad mix of exciting cross-channel media campaigns.
  • You will be an experienced and confident planner with experience across a wide range of media channels from digital to traditional, and a proven track record of working with clients that have a core focus on achieving measurable, tracked results. You should be fully conversant with industry standard planning, measurement and analytics tools, should be comfortable with extracting meaningful insight from data, and have a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
  • In this role, you will be the Planning lead connecting the client’s Brand campaign work to investment in targeted, lower funnel media activities. You will own the space between planning, measurement and analytics, ensuring best-in-class planning for Audi, and leveraging data and technology to advance the way we plan and deploy media.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Lead from the front, delivering excellent cross-channel strategy and media planning for the client
  • Strong market knowledge and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to write and support strategic recommendations backed by insights.
  • Highly organized with expertise in planning tools and media channels.
  • Experience managing senior client stakeholders and immediate team members.
  • Excellent understanding of cross-channel planning.
  • Energetic, determined, and proactive.
  • Curious with a passion for media planning.
  • Approachable, supportive, and demonstrates strong leadership skills.
