London (Fulham Broadway) | To £400 per day | 4 days p/w in office

A rare opportunity to step in-house with a small, fast-moving live entertainment business creating some of the UK’s most immersive, talked-about experiences. This is a hands-on, revenue-driving role focused on selling out shows and launching a brand-new concept from the ground up.

If you’re a performance-led marketer who thrives on ownership, pace, and tangible results, this is as close as it gets to seeing your work directly impact ticket sales in real time.

Why this role stands out

  • In-house role with full ownership of ticket sales and marketing performance
  • Work on unique, experience-led concepts blending entertainment, culture and tech
  • Direct access to founders and creative leads shaping go-to-market strategy
  • Small, agile team environment with real autonomy and minimal bureaucracy
  • Immediate impact role with clear revenue accountability
  • Office location minutes from Fulham Broadway

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and drive ticket sales across multiple UK locations with a clear focus on conversion
  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across CRM, email, SMS and paid social
  • Manage and optimise Klaviyo flows, segmentation and lifecycle journeys
  • Brief and manage agency partners across paid media, creative and acquisition channels
  • Support the go-to-market strategy for a new large-scale immersive launch
  • Align all marketing channels towards performance KPIs including ROAS and CPA

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong hands-on CRM and email marketing experience (Klaviyo preferred)
  • Proven ability to drive direct-response performance across B2C or D2C environments
  • Paid social experience (Meta) with an understanding of performance optimisation
  • Experience managing agencies and holding them accountable to commercial outcomes
  • Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion-led messaging
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with immediate targets
  • Background in events, entertainment or consumer brands advantageous but not essential

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit above the detail. You’ll be in the engine room, pulling the levers that directly impact revenue. If you can’t point to campaigns where you’ve materially driven sales, this isn’t for you.
