The role:
• Own the end-to-end connected commerce agenda across multiple markets
• Lead senior client relationships and regional commerce strategy
• Drive integration across media, retail media, eCommerce, data and analytics
• Oversee commercial performance, growth opportunities and portfolio health
• Establish governance, operating models and delivery standards across markets
• Lead and develop senior teams across Europe and North America
• Support major pitches, proposition development and commercial growth
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has senior leadership experience within digital commerce, retail media or integrated marketing
• Has managed large regional or global client portfolios
• Has built, developed and led teams across multiple markets
• Understands the intersection of commerce, media, retail and data
• Brings strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Can operate confidently at executive level internally and externally
