About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Agency’s Head of Insight, the Insight Associate Director will play a pivotal role in interpreting client or planning team briefs and devising optimal research solutions to fulfil project objectives.

 

The role promises exposure to a diverse array of clients and project types, engaging in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies alongside various research partners. Collaborate with us and delve into projects for renowned brands across entertainment, beauty and automotive.

You’ll collaborate closely with teams specializing in Insight, Marketing Science, and Strategy, synergizing to deliver innovative solutions that foster personal and business growth.

As a natural leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in mentoring junior team members while fostering robust relationships with agency stakeholders, clients, and suppliers. Knowledge and Experience Required:

 

  • Lead projects from conception to delivery, demonstrating ownership and stakeholder management prowess.
  • Exhibit advanced problem-solving skills and adeptness in crafting compelling narratives and presentations.
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships, fostering long-term retention and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Possess a broad understanding of brands, marketing, and industry trends.
  • Prior experience in research or media organizations is essential.
  • Proficiency in industry tools such as Telmar, TGI, IPA Touchpoints, and others is crucial.
  • Expertise in designing and managing various research project types.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering actionable insights to diverse audiences.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with data science techniques for insight product innovation.
