Insight Director – FTC to Jan (Luxury Auto Client) – International Media Agency
We’re hiring a hands-on Insight Director to lead a high-profile, multi-market tracking programme for a leading luxury automotive client.
This is a fixed-term role through to end of January, but with real potential to extend or go permanent. You’ll lead quant-focused, campaign-linked insight work across up to 30 global markets, working closely with client and internal teams to deliver smart, actionable research.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading large-scale brand tracking and campaign evaluation
- Deep-diving into data via Q, GWI, TGI, and social listening
- Writing and presenting clear, commercial insight reports
- Managing a small, talented team (AM + Execs)
- Ensuring data quality, consistency, and insight-led storytelling
We’re looking for a do-er — someone strategic but sleeves-rolled-up, confident presenting to senior stakeholders and passionate about shaping comms through insight.
You’ll need:
- Proven quantitative research expertise (brand/campaign focus)
- Multi-market experience, ideally across EMEA
- Great communication skills and team leadership experience
- Tools: Q, GWI, TGI, social listening platforms
