Head of New Business & Marketing role at an independent creative communications agency that works across traditional PR, talent and influencer marketing.

 

The business has clients spanning a number of sectors; luxury to FMCG and high fashion to high street. The agency prides itself on combining true brand story telling with quantifiable and data driven strategies.

 

This is a senior role helping to re-define the agency proposition – both new business and brand strategy.

 

You will own outreach and have a great track record of bringing in new client business, ideally from a creative, social or PR agency background.

 

The right person will be full of energy, ideas and creativity to help drive this growing business forward.

 

Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Work in office 3 days per week (Central London).

 

Role Summary

  • Lead across the marketing of the agency including, but not limited to, the creation of a refined agency proposition.
  • Identify and explore new revenue verticals to shore up the agency’s competitive offering and grow the business.
  • Identify – and create – new tools or assets to support how the agency engages potential clients.
  • Create a calendar of events, awards and other industry-based happenings for agency participation.
  • Develop a strategy for the agency’s social channels i.e. Instagram and a LinkedIn and help execute by creating / collating content from relevant team members as and when required.
  • Create and manage the new business strategy for the agency.
  • Secure new business introductions and leads across the business.
