Growth Lead / Account Director position at an independent performance marketing agency for high-growth ecommerce brands, specializing in Paid Social, Paid Search, data analytics, and performance creative.

 

They are looking for an exceptional client services person to work across key D2C eCom led clients.

 

You will have strong experience across Meta and/or Google.

 

Salary c£60,000 + benefits. Hybrid working options.

 

The role

  • The agency is hiring due to rapid growth and seeking a Head of Growth / AD to manage performance marketing strategies for clients. This role involves overseeing a team, leading client strategies, and contributing to the company’s expansion. You should have c6+ years of performance marketing experience, excellent client service skills, and a desire to learn and lead.

 

  • Clients are mainly direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands, spanning fashion, FMCG, sports, and more.
