Growth Lead – New Verticals (Affiliate Performance)

 

Salary to £85,000 + 20% bonus. 3 days per week in Central London office required.

 

This is a stand-out opportunity to join a fast-scaling performance-driven business in a new role as Growth Lead to unlock new verticals and revenue streams.

 

This will suit someone with both commercial and strategic experience in developing new verticals within a performance / lead gen / affiliates led business.

 

The Role

You’ll own the strategy and execution for launching new affiliate-led verticals from sizing the opportunity to shaping the GTM plan to driving early traction. Think of it as running your own mini-businesses within a high-growth environment.

 

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Pinpointing high-value verticals through market research, competitor analysis and performance data
  • Building the commercial case and prioritisation framework for expansion
  • Leading the go-to-market approach across positioning, pricing, messaging and sales enablement
  • Owning the full acquisition funnel – demand generation, lead quality, conversion and optimisation
  • Using data to drive decisions on channel mix, testing, pricing and scalability
  • Acting as the connector between product, sales, marketing and ops to ensure a seamless launch and scale-up

 

What You Bring

  • A track record of launching or scaling affiliate-driven verticals
  • Strong commercial instinct with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Confident handling data, building business cases and assessing ROI
  • Comfortable working fast, owning outcomes and driving cross-functional delivery
  • 5+ years in growth, strategy or commercial roles within affiliate or performance environments
