Growth Director role at a multi-award-winning, fast-growing digital marketing company with several UK offices.

 

We are looking for candidates with new business / pitch experience that have ideally worked within digital / performance-led agency.

 

Salary c£60,000 + excellent commission structure.

 

The role is hybrid with ideally at least 1 day p/w required in the office.

 

The Role
The Growth Director will play a key role in driving the agency’s business development, reporting to the Head of Growth. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, nurturing, and securing high-value, complex opportunities, while overseeing the Growth Team’s performance.

 

You’ll manage new business opportunities, lead pitches, and support the team in achieving sales targets. With expertise in contract negotiation and pitching, you will help ensure the agency remains competitive and successful in securing new clients.

 

The agencies clients are mainly B2C across sectors including fashion, FMCG and retail but there is no restrictions on the type of client they would consider for new opportunities.

 

About You

  • Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets, ideally within a media / digital agency environment
  • 5+ years of agency sales experience, pitching for contracts worth £200k+
  • Expertise in managing complex, multi-channel pitches
  • Skilled at negotiating contracts and delivering successful outcomes
  • Experience working with digital channels – paid and organic, measurement and analytics
