Growth Partner – Global New Business & Pitching

3 days p/w in London office

Enjoy shaping a pitch, bringing the right people together and turning a complex brief into a compelling story?

A global media agency group is looking for a Growth Partner to join its global new business and pitching team. This is a newly created opportunity, driven by department growth and an increasing volume of pitch work.

With a steady pipeline of incoming opportunities, the focus is on leading and delivering global pitches, managing RFP responses and helping teams produce their strongest work.

The role

You’ll join an established but growing new business team within a wider growth function of around 30, spanning operations, marketing and specialist support. Working with senior leaders and teams across the agency group, you’ll take pitches from initial brief through to final presentation.

The work is varied, covering major global media briefs through to specialist opportunities such as influencer marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the end-to-end pitch process, including RFI and RFP responses.
  • Shaping the pitch approach, narrative and presentation alongside agency specialists.
  • Bringing together teams across markets and disciplines, keeping everyone aligned on the brief, timings and deliverables.
  • Managing senior stakeholders and maintaining a high standard throughout each submission.
  • Supporting and developing junior colleagues, while improving how the team approaches pitch delivery.

About you

You’ll bring media agency experience from a new business, growth or client leadership background, with meaningful involvement in pitches.

You could already be leading new business projects or be a senior client leader who particularly enjoys pitching and wants to make it the focus of your next role.

You’ll need strong project leadership, clear communication and the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders. An understanding of the wider media landscape, alongside the ability to bring clarity to complex briefs, will be key.
