Global Programmatic Governance Director

London | Hybrid (3 days p/w) | Salary to £75,000

 

This is a genuinely high-impact global role sitting at the centre of how programmatic quality, governance and performance are delivered across a major international automotive client.

 

You’ll own and shape governance standards across multiple EU markets, working with centralised biddable, data and tech teams to drive consistency, compliance and performance at scale. If you understand programmatic from the ground up and want to influence how it’s executed globally, this is that step up.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own programmatic governance frameworks across multiple markets and brands

• Define and implement best practice across reporting, compliance and digital quality

• Partner with biddable activation hubs to guide and optimise execution standards

• Manage third-party verification relationships (including IAS) and drive adoption

• Oversee governance for emerging channels including CTV and advanced measurement

• Lead a team of 3 driving performance and capability development

 

Skills & Experience

• Strong programmatic background with hands-on activation experience

• Deep understanding of platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk

• Experience with verification tools and tagging (e.g. IAS)

• Comfortable working with data and translating technical detail to non-technical stakeholders

• Proven ability to operate across multiple markets and complex structures

• Calm, articulate communicator with strong stakeholder management
