A unique opportunity at a global media agency to lead Amazon strategy and integration for a major global FMCG and skincare brand across Europe and North America.
This is far more than an Amazon activation role. Sitting within a senior commerce leadership team, you’ll own the end-to-end Amazon agenda, bringing together media, retail, data, operations and commercial teams to deliver a fully integrated approach across multiple markets.

The role
- Lead the overall Amazon strategy and growth agenda
- Act as the senior point of accountability for Amazon integration
- Drive collaboration across media, commerce, retail and analytics teams
- Lead governance, operating models and cross-functional delivery
- Oversee key trading moments including Prime Day and peak events
- Manage commercial performance, forecasting and growth opportunities
- Champion innovation, testing and data-led decision making
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong Amazon experience across retail, media and commerce
- Understands both upper and lower funnel Amazon activity
- Has operated within complex multi-market organisations
- Can manage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
- Has strong commercial and operational leadership skills
- Brings experience across retail media, data and measurement frameworks
