A rare opportunity to step into a senior operations and delivery role at a global media agency, working at the heart of one of the world’s biggest skincare/FMCG brands.

 

This is a hands-on position driving eCommerce excellence, operational transformation and multi-market delivery across global markets / teams. The Opportunity

Your remit spans PMO leadership, operational governance, workflow design and delivery of digital and eCommerce workstreams, with a strong focus on transformation projects, retail media and Amazon-led initiatives.

This role suits someone who enjoys order, rigour and cross-regional collaboration, ensuring multiple markets move in sync and the client gets a consistent, high-quality operating system.

 

What You’ll Lead

  • Operational ownership of eCom & digital workstreams – building structure, processes and governance that markets adopt consistently.
  • Programme management of large-scale transformation projects, spanning PMO, issue resolution, sprint cycles, documentation and multi-market alignment.
  • Delivery oversight for retail media, Amazon and emerging commerce platforms, ensuring outputs are sharp, repeatable and ready for senior client stakeholders.
  • Cross-regional integration, acting as the operational connector between hubs to avoid duplication and drive clarity across workflows.
  • Quality control & operational excellence, maintaining playbooks, onboarding materials, frameworks and delivery standards.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong background in eCommerce, digital operations or retail media delivery, ideally in a multi-market or global environment.
  • Proven experience running governance, PMO or transformation frameworks at scale.
  • Comfort working with complex stakeholder groups and senior clients.
  • Strong grasp of Amazon, retail media networks and the evolving commerce landscape.
  • High proficiency with workflow tools (Smartsheet especially).
  • A calm, structured operator who can create clarity where none exists.
