Looking for your next big challenge in digital? This award-winning mid-sized media agency is hiring a Digital Performance Lead to run day-to-day digital output for one of their most exciting clients in the entertainment and charity sectors.

 

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape and deliver performance campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic, Video and Display. Beyond just hitting KPIs, you’ll be driving innovation, testing, and first-to-market thinking – helping the client grow, learn and elevate their digital maturity.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead digital strategy and activation across all performance channels
  • Motivate and guide a talented specialist team, ensuring best-in-class delivery
  • Analyse performance data daily, shaping optimisation plans and new test ideas
  • Bring innovative targeting, creative and measurement solutions to the table
  • Act as a senior client partner, pushing forward learning and innovation agendas
