Digital Account Director – Independent Agency
Independent digital performance-led agency role at Account Director level.
This is a strategic, performance-led position across paid social that requires excellent client servicing abilities.
The role will be across key eCom fashion and retail clients.
The business has ambitious growth targets and are looking to organically grow to double in size by 2026. They have an inclusive working environment where team togetherness is promoted, including team lunches and Thursday night social’s.
Salary c£60,000 + bonus. 2 days per week required in London office.
Summary
- Strategic, client-led senior role, you’ll be a key POC for your clients advising on buying strategy, developing the account / relationship, activating on new platforms / channels etc
- Performance focussed role (rather than brand), drive ROI through paid social with good sized budgets – need someone with solid performance led experience
- Very creative first role – work closely with the creative team, brief in and scrutinise where required and draw insights, you’ll need to be comfortable briefing in / working closely with creative to succeed.
- Ideally managed clients with £1 million+ per year budgets
- Line management experience essential (will manage up to 3)
Experience
- Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns (> £50k/pcm) with an impressive track record of delivering commercial results for clients across paid social channels
- Leadership and management experience, with excellent team and self-organisation skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and a pro at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience nurturing and growing client relationships.
- Passion for data and trend analysis, with a demonstrated ability to communicate and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- A good eye for spotting and understanding performance creative that delivers results on social media.
- A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
