Mid-sized innovative media agency requires a Data and Analytics Director to work across a global eCommerce brand with multiple business units.

 

Focus Areas: Business Intelligence, Audience & Data Strategy, Research & Insights, Advanced Analytics.

 

Salary to £90,000 with hybrid working options (3 days per week in office).

 

Role Overview:

 

Position: Director

Focus: Data-driven solutions for the client’s business units in EMEA.

Skills Needed: Media data experience, client consultation, technical expertise, data storytelling, and visualizations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assess client challenges and design solutions.
  • Deliver high-profile projects successfully.
  • Collaborate with local and global stakeholders.
  • Transform data into actionable insights.
  • Manage senior client relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor junior BI team members.
  • Foster strong partnerships within the agency.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Extensive data, analytics, and tech experience in media.
  • Proven client partnership skills.
  • Clear and simple communication about data.
  • Familiar with data quality principles.
  • Agile working experience.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising and marketing, including programmatic.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight).
