Mid-sized innovative media agency requires a Data and Analytics Director to work across a global eCommerce brand with multiple business units.
Focus Areas: Business Intelligence, Audience & Data Strategy, Research & Insights, Advanced Analytics.
Salary to £90,000 with hybrid working options (3 days per week in office).
Role Overview:
Position: Director
Focus: Data-driven solutions for the client’s business units in EMEA.
Skills Needed: Media data experience, client consultation, technical expertise, data storytelling, and visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client challenges and design solutions.
- Deliver high-profile projects successfully.
- Collaborate with local and global stakeholders.
- Transform data into actionable insights.
- Manage senior client relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor junior BI team members.
- Foster strong partnerships within the agency.
Qualifications:
- Extensive data, analytics, and tech experience in media.
- Proven client partnership skills.
- Clear and simple communication about data.
- Familiar with data quality principles.
- Agile working experience.
- Knowledge of digital advertising and marketing, including programmatic.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight).
