We’re hiring for a brand-new senior role at a leading media agency, working on one of the UK’s biggest retail accounts.
This is a rare hybrid opportunity that sits across digital performance strategy, planning, and data-led insight. You’ll act as the bridge between performance planning and measurement, guiding client teams to make smarter, more effective media decisions rooted in data.
This isn’t a line management role, but it is influential. You’ll work across multiple senior stakeholders (agency and client side), helping shape the digital proposition, define ways of working, and drive data-informed thinking across the board.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading on data-informed planning and performance strategy across digital channels
- Auditing existing client data maturity and building roadmaps for improvement
- Defining measurement frameworks (MMM, incrementality, attribution, etc.) aligned to commercial outcomes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed best-in-class performance planning principles
- Bringing digital innovation, tech, and insight into the strategic conversation
- Supporting learning agendas, testing roadmaps, and identifying optimisation triggers
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has agency-side experience in digital performance (strategy, planning or activation)
- Is fluent in client-facing conversations around data, measurement and martech
- Has hands-on knowledge of performance platforms, analytics tools and measurement techniques
- Knows how to influence, upskill, and align teams without direct line management
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
