I started my career media owner side focused on digital advertising solutions for a major publisher before moving into digital recruitment. That grounding has helped to shape everything I do today and allowed me to build genuine relationships with senior leaders across agencies, ad-tech and digital-first brands.
I launched Silverdrum built on one principle: recruitment works best when it’s personal. Over the years, I’ve built a wide, trusted network of mid-senior digital and data-led professionals, many of whom I’ve known for a decade or more.
I’m lucky to work with some of the industry’s most progressive organisations, helping them shape teams, refine hiring processes and gain access talent they won’t find in their inbound CV stack.
