This is a senior opportunity within a specialist Marketing Science & Effectiveness team who help brands truly understand what drives growth, from econometric models to advanced analytics, insight storytelling, and strategic consulting.
You’ll work across a variety of household-name clients, combining commercial understanding with deep technical rigour to uncover how media, creative and customer behaviour intersect to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Salary to £52,000 + benefits. 3 days per week required in the Central London offices.
The role:
- Lead and deliver marketing effectiveness projects, with a focus on Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and attribution solutions
- Consult with senior clients to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable stories
- Coach and mentor junior analysts, fostering technical growth across the team
- Develop new analytical techniques and frameworks to keep the agency at the cutting edge of marketing science
- Partner with internal teams to integrate effectiveness thinking across broader media planning and investment
You’ll bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in MMM / marketing analytics delivery
- Some knowledge of regression or Bayesian methods (Python / R preferred)
- Proven client-facing and project management experience
- Ability to communicate data-driven insight in simple, persuasive ways
- Curiosity, collaboration and a commercial mindset
