Programmatic AV Account Director – FTC

 

£70,000 pro-rata | 6-month FTC (with potential extension) | Start ASAP

 

We’re looking for a Programmatic AV specialist to join a leading media agency team working with one of the UK’s most high-profile brands in the entertainment and charity sector.

 

This is an opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-profile account where your expertise in programmatic video and audio will make a real impact.

 

The Role

  • Lead the planning and activation of programmatic AV campaigns across TV, VoD, CTV, Cinema, Audio and Radio.
  • Work closely with AV and planning teams to ensure campaigns run flawlessly within strict compliance and process guidelines.
  • Collaborate with DSP partners and internal specialists to drive best practice, innovation and testing.
  • Guide and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives, ensuring operational excellence and career development.
  • Bring diligence, resilience and calm organisation to a client that demands accuracy and responsiveness.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in programmatic activation, ideally spanning both video and audio.
  • An understanding of how programmatic fits with traditional AV/TV buying.
  • Proven ability to manage, support and inspire junior team members.
  • A detail-driven operator who thrives in a fast-moving, compliance-led environment.
