Planning Manager – Independent Media Agency
Planning Manager role within a growing independent media agency.
This is a strategic role across channels, so not activation / managing campaign but more holistic planning side.
The focus of the role is digital channels (PPC, social, display) but experience across broader comms / offline channels is also welcome.
Salary is £35,000 + bonus + benefits.
Ideally you’ll already be at AM level, however strong SAE level candidate will also be considered, you’ll need to have had responsibility of managing a less experienced team member.
The agency is in a period of growth, it’s a flat structure compared to larger, network agencies and there’s plenty of room for career progression.
This involves people at all levels having a deeper understanding of their clients businesses and objectives, not just at campaign level, in order to build meaningful plans that genuinely make a positive difference.
Clients are mainly performance led across several verticals including property.
This role is role is right for someone who wants to; be part of a growing company (i.e. comfortable with change and evolution), have exposure to clients, wants to progress within, wants accountability/responsibility of work and who is keen to work on existing clients, as well as be involved in new business briefs.
