International media agency seeks senior strategy leader.


Managing a key FMCG account and a large team of strategists, you’ll be an essential part of the future of the agencies strategic vision.

Role summary;

The Global Strategy Partner will lead a strong team of strategy, innovation and insight resources across three planning hubs. Your goal is to develop strategic capabilities and approaches at a global level, which directly impact local market thinking and execution – through;


  • Thought Leadership, to answer key clients burning business questions to drive growth and build purposeful brands
  • Global Media Strategies, which are co-created with markets to ensure local relevance to improve adoption
  • Creativity, in partnership with wider agency and media community
  • Being data driven and evidenced based in everything you and the team do


Your Profile;

  • The successful candidate will be a thoughtful, considered, culturally aware individual with the deep established and new media experience, to inspire and lead a team of 45+ across three global hubs
  • Have the strength of character to engage and be credible with the most senior stakeholders in clients organization – Category Presidents, EVPs and VPs
  • A natural collaborator, with the ability to bring people together across brands, agencies and networks
  • Able to navigate a multi-stakeholder organization by living the mantra ‘as simple as possible, as complex as necessary’ to achieve both client and agency goals
  • Have proven experience in leading a network of equals and ideas from any culture, ensuring every voice within the team is heard
