Performance Director role with a focus on Paid Search, where you’ll be working on a major fashion brand / client.


This role is with an international media agency and will suit someone with an PPC background who is able to make strategic recommendations and work closely with other paid media channels / teams, including eCommerce.


Salary is to £65,000 + benefits.


Role Summary

  • Use your experience as a digital activation specialist to develop integrated performance approaches
  • Leveraging digital channels to help deliver their brand and business objectives
  • Responsible for ensuring delivery of performance media against client business objectives, from planning through to reporting
  • Make sure budget is optimised across all paid for digital media channels
  • Take a leading role on identifying and developing relevant new betas and testing opportunities.
  • Experience of working on retail brands is ideal as this is working across a fast-paced international fashion brand
  • You will touch all parts of their marketing from launching their brand and product campaigns, to driving eCommerce business through to growing their loyalty program
  • Manager and mentor to junior team members and promote learning within the team
  • Manage external supplier relationships


Potential candidates should be creative problem solvers with experience across paid search / other biddable channels.

International multi-market experience is also desirable.
