Digital Client Services Director role across a luxury automotive client.

 

You will be responsible for delivering industry-leading integrated client planning and service, working with the Digital & Strategy Directors, for this global brand.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for client satisfaction scores and highlighting commercial opportunities. Alongside specialists, you will be responsible for managing the workflow and delivery across digital strategy, display (inc. programmatic), paid social, paid search and app.

 

The key objective is to lead integrated performance planning solutions with core strategy at heart whilst ensuring market leading client service and satisfaction.

 

Salary is £65,000.

 

Role Summary

  • Own relationships with mid-level clients on a day-to-day basis, deepening the client relationship to ensure retention and growth
  • Identify business development opportunities and help develop new product roadmaps
  • Translate agency strategy into innovative, executional business plans that deliver business value
  • Help to shape briefs on the role technology can play in transforming their businesses
  • In collaboration with the Executive Strategy Director, develop regional media strategies for brand and product.
  • Cohesively collaborate with regional and global colleagues to deliver product and brand guidelines to local markets. (i.e., playbooks)
  • Understand the requirements for delivering highest quality insights & learnings, e.g., analytics with a big focus on onsite consumer journey, dashboarding, etc.
  • Challenge the client’s approach to performance to drive growth within this key area
  • Connect Programmatic, Search and Social for a holistic performance plan.

 

Skills Needed

  • Confident presenter
  • Multi-channel planning experience with a depth of digital knowledge
  • Broad knowledge of digital channels across PPC, SEO, Display, Social, Programmatic
  • Confident in managing senior level clients and key stakeholders and initiating strategic conversations
  • Ability to find and derive consumer and category insight from available planning tools e.g. Mintel, Statista, YouGov, CCS and willing to learn internal tools

 

Experience Desired

  • 5+ years of experience of developing and nurturing client relationships
  • 5+ years of experience of leading planning across channels; digital performance planning a bonus
  • You will be familiar with ad technology, planning tools, and channel nuances
  • Experienced in people management
