Performance Associate Director role focussed on biddable (search and social) channels at a leading London based media agency.

 

There are accounts across food, luxury automotive and insurance and travel, the main focus will be paid search activity with some oversight over scaling social activity.

 

The clients are going through digital transformation at present, with much being invested in innovation and testing across channels.

 

Salary is to £60,000 + benefits.

 

Role Summary

  • As an Associate Performance Director, you will sit in within the agencies performance team and oversee delivery of digital performance activity for two key UK clients, across two very different sectors.
  • You will be your clients’ senior contact, responsible for defining and evolving the digital performance strategy that will help deliver their business objectives
  • Manage a team of Account Managers and execs – your role is to organise, inspire and innovate across this team for the optimal output for your clients
  • Very strong client relationships n place, the agency are seen as an extension of their marketing team and as such, we are looking for someone who already has experience in driving progress with a passion for technology, automation and innovation

 

The ideal candidate will already be at AD level and have experience on managing teams, senior client contract and a strong background in one or more digital performance channels.
