Media Agency – Client Associate Director role across EMEA markets for a major headphones / speaker brand.


The role is perfect for someone with client account management and planning experience who would like more autonomy to further develop client relationships.


This position is at a dynamic mid-sized Central London media agency.


Salary is £50,000 + benefits.


Role Summary;

As a Client Advice Associate Director you will help build clients’ brands, cultivating deep client relationships from the highest levels to day to day execution.


You will help to run the relationship with a major audio and consumer electronics brand and work closely with the client’s external team alongside internal planning, strategy and activation teams.


The client relationship is extremely strong and is a true partnership, with lots of scope for development and new innovative ways of working.


Key Responsibilities

  • Run the day to day operations on the International and EMEA account
  • Help manage a small team who will support you in this role
  • Coordinate international regions including providing support/guidance for local markets, gathering and building global media responses, organising client meetings, analysing macro trends across the regions.
  • Create global media responses and campaign plans for EMEA demand activity (channels include display, social lead generation, content syndication) and manage their execution.
  • Build relationships with day to day clients at both EMEA and global level.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key media partners and collaborate with them to generate innovation for the client.



Desired Skills & Experience


  • Strong holistic understanding of media strategy and planning across all channels
  • Planning & buying experience in at least one digital channel
  • Experience in global/multi-market agency account management.
  • Experience leading a small team (1-3 direct/indirect reports)
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to track multiple timelines in sometimes high-pressure situations
  • B2C experience preferred
