Programmatic Manager role working across an innovative, data-driven travel client at a global media agency.

 

The client has embarked on a digital transformation project, developing and implementing various bespoke MarTech tools to drive consumer centric communication.

 

Although Programmatic in focus, this role offers opportunities to acquire new skills across digital marketing and to work cross-channel.

Salary to £48,000.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend how to apply programmatic buying to help client’s grow their business
  • Work across a wide range of campaigns and different markets
  • Work closely with other digital teams for holistic planning
  • Managing relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Manage junior team members
  • Identify relevant new betas and testing opportunities

 

 

Key Skills

  • Hands on experience setting up, optimising and reporting using multiple DSPs
  • Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and publisher offerings
  • Experience of brand safety/ ad verification tools, such as implementation, reporting and optimisation
  • Able to work with other digital teams and feel comfortable discussing how programmatic fits into the overall marketing mix
  • Creative in the way you solve problems, able to ‘think outside the box’ to find solutions to business challenges
  • Explain complex concepts to clients and colleagues in a way that is easy to understand
